How long does it take to receive the analysis results?
Our system performs parallel sample analysis, and regardless of the number of uploaded files, each sample is completed in approximately 40 minutes.
What types of analyses are included?
Our system supports both shotgun metagenomics analysis and 16S rRNA sequencing.
What data format can I upload?
Our system requires two FASTQ files per sample. These files, generated by NGS laboratories, contain the genetic information of the gut microbiome.
How can I check the results?
After the analysis is complete, the kit’s status will change to “Awaiting Report Check.” You can track the kit’s status via your dashboard. Once the internal check is complete, the results will be published, and you can access and download the report from your dashboard.
