Enbiosis Microbiome Analysis Steps

A Gut Microbiome Analysis or Test differs from standard tests, as it typically takes around 3–4 weeks or sometimes longer to complete. This extended timeframe is due to the meticulous process of DNA extraction and analysis of the gut microbiome. We deeply value your patience and strive to keep you informed at every stage of the process. Updates will be provided through email, order status notifications, as well as our mobile and web apps. Step 1: Order

Register in our website to access and order a test. 

Step 2: Shippment

We will send you the order. 

Step 3: Take sample

Once you receive your kit, collect your sample and place it inside the provided tube.

Step 4: Kit registration

Before sending your sample to our laboratory, please register your kit through our mobile application or by scanning the QR code provided in the instructions inside the kit.

Step 5: Send back the kit

After collecting your sample and registering your kit, please return the sample to the laboratory.

Step 6: Kit has been received

As soon as we receive your kit, we will notify you, and its status will be updated.

Step 7: The sample will be sent to lab. 

We will collect multiple samples and send them to the laboratory for analysis. This process is the longest step and will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Thank you for your patience!

Step 8: Running analysis after receiving lab data

Our system performs a complex analysis using powerful computers to extract valuable information and generate the gut microbiome report.

Step 9: Your practitioner will review the report

If applicable, a practitioner will review your results and approve them for release to the patient.

Step 10: Results are ready

This is the final step, where you can access your results via our web or mobile app.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order through your website account. After logging in, click on “Orders” and then click the “View” button for the order you wish to check.

How long should I wait to get my results?

Typically, a gut microbiome test takes 3–4 weeks to produce results. Once you register your kit and send the sample tube back to the lab, you will receive an email once the analysis is complete.
