FAQs
A practitioner reference code is a unique code that is given to a patient by their practitioner. This code represents the practitioner and enables them to access the patient’s Enbiosis reports. It is important for the practitioner to verify and explain these reports to the patient for better understanding of their health status. If you do not have a practitioner code, please contact with your practitioner.
When practitioners register, they are asked to provide a unique reference code which identifies them to patients. Patients can use this code during their own registration process to associate a practitioner to their profile.
In order to obtain a microbiome analysis kit, you must first complete the registration process. This involves providing your personal details and creating a login account. Additionally, you will need to provide a practitioner code to associate a practitioner to your account. Once you have successfully registered and logged in, you can place an order for the kit.
